India is a country where education is actually more of a scam rather than an economic gain. Examination is where Indian students have to struggle a lot because mostly colleges award degrees on the basis of education. Many of us have heard about scams of engineering and medical Colleges who take fees and don't guarantee careers.
The same problem is also even present in Private Law colleges. Law is not at all a joke as it's about getting justice to the victims of unlawful sufferings. Examination is where students often cheat because of lack of confidence.
Exams in India are no doubt more of a pressure. Firstly, we are paying hefty amount to colleges and on other hand, they ask for fees for hosting examinations separately. Knowledge is surely imparted from books and also what Professors tell in class. There is a subject named General proficiency which is common and colleges do encourage active participation.
The thing they lack is teaching students about practical things. We are told to take part in moot court competitions at other colleges but no student has confidence because some private law colleges don't even host moot court competitions so how can a student take part in curricular activities out of college that becomes a major question.
Many students cheat the examinations just to get degree as lack of confidence is present. The worst part is the organisation as that's where examination in colleges lack by giving less time to students for revision. Many students have to often change Universities because of lack of facilities.
Now the main part is arrogance as no doubt Private law colleges are very arrogant towards students especially when it's about meeting expectations. You prepare for a presentation but then it's delayed by one day but college inform at last minute to students. Everyone wants to become an IAS officer that even parents want just to earn pennies.
Preparing for UPSC is not a joke because it's not about lifestyle but serving the nation. Many students look it as something that they would do after a low value degree which makes them eligible but there is lack of confidence.
The fault is surely with the Government of India in some cases but main fault is actually of Private Institutions who just want to earn pennies but they don't want to understand meaning of responsibilities.
Why a Professor's attendance is not cut when they get late for lecture but students have to suffer on attendance? Just because Professors can't do anything and they are told to follow rules of college otherwise their jobs would be at risks. The Indian education system needs a very major change as it's becoming a business more than welfare of society.
The Government officials are such examples who want to earn pennies because education system never taught them confidence. Everyone wants a Government job but the responsibility is not something education system would teach as that's just a business which needs hefty pennies.
College students only cheat because they don't have confidence in current education system. The education system is not a passion but it's just a way to make profits from students and the parents who struggle to get education for students. Indians are lazy on education because education system lacks of passion and motivation on how an average Indian can bring change to society.
One should remember that neither an elephant can climb a tree nor a monkey can swim because they have different capabilities. We are learning in law that which section states what provision but lack of education is making it more of a fun thing.
Education should be made fun and interesting so that people can bring a change and we don't need to depend on foreign countries for education. Learning Theory of Human Resource Management is easy but it's application requires a lot of exposure.
Many Indians who fail in education becomes content creators just to earn money by creating cringe content as education system failed in ignition of feelings which can change others life. Be it Government job or even social media but it's all about passion that needs to be thought.
We learned History of Gandhi but social media marketing is what no one ever taught due to which there is lack of entrepreneurship. The Government of India needs to discourage creation of such institutions that lack on education and just try to scam students.
Indian students will cheat less if colleges make them passionate about Learning instead of pressuring them and being arrogant. Hoping that Government should think about improving education as being a student requires a lot of passion for learning.
